Hello & Welcome!

When...

I need some magic.
I dont have any creative energy left ...
I have developed a squint and my left leg has fallen off.

I have started number 5.

I have days only days... I have to be in Cornwall on Thursday.  B******S!

Bad timing comes to mind.

It will be lovely ... its just that I don't have enough time.

C'est La Vie Rodney.  C'est la vie.

Here is a poem I just made up from the top of my head ... it demonstrates the level of genius creativity firing around my brain at the moment ... flashes of lightning might strike whilst you read it.

Its Called 'When I finish this'

When I have finished this I will melt like a lolly.
When I have finished this I want to sit and stare at the sea. Yeah.
When I have finished this I want to drown in human contact. Yeah.

When I have finished this I wont know what to do with myself.
What shall I do?

When I have finished this I have a list of commissions to do for people that have waited patiently for a very long time. Respect yarl.

When I have finished this I will get my car mended.  The air vent keeps blowing out small bits of foam.
When I have finished this I will get fit again... in the country side I will roam. Check it.
When I have finished this I am going to meditate. Om.

When I have finished this I am going to procrastinate.

When I have finished this I am going to eat oysters and grill sardines.
When I have finished this I am going to colour in with my God daughter Bo.

When I finish this I am going to hire a boat.
When I finish this I am will find a place to float.
When I finish this I am going to eat chips outside. Outside.
When I finish this I will make a moat.

When I finish this I am going to have a dance,
swing my pants in a trance.
When I finish this I am going to have a party and encourage everyone else to be arty.

Talent in its PUREST form.  Why am I stuck doing embroidery I ask myself?

I is a poet.
Dig.

  1. You can do it, just remember how glamorous your life is!!!!!???????? Maybe the wee trip away teaching others will invigorate you, or maybe you will make a total tit of yourself, I am predicting the former not the later, DO YOU HEAR ME. That is me yelling at you from downunder. Time has not yet run out, good luck.

  2. Louise, a career in poetry lies ahead surely!
Cornwall will be lovely and, although hard work, probably a good break in routine.
    Keep going!
