Back from Manchester Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair and pretty exhausted after all that moving and shaking.

Won ' BEST NORTHERN MAKER AWARD' at the exhibition preview night which was a fab surprise and a great excuse for a few glasses of plonk.  Didn't expect it at all and met a lovely lady from the Co-Operative Bank.  

Met some fab new makers and exhibited along a great friend of mine Sophie Woodrow who is an extremely up and coming talented ceramicist who makes wonderful and mysterious creatures seen here in her studio.

Played some ping pong, enjoyed the new farm log burner and then sent allot of new work off to an exhibition in Chester at the GORSTELLA GALLERY for their 20th birthday exhibition.

Apparently the 'Alston Hall' Courses 'In Stitches' are fully booked packed to the brim but doing another at the V& A next year and also at Ruthin Craft Centre.

Now back at the studio and back on the game.
